TWM Wiki
Requirements
To connect Binance with TWM, you must activate the Margin feature in your Binance account.
Your account needs to be both activated and funded in the Margin section for the connection to work properly.
How to Activate Margin and Futures
These steps are necessary to ensure a stable connection between TWM and Binance.
To confirm your Margin balance, visit https://www.binance.com/en/my/wallet/account/margin, the balance must be greater than 0.
Simulator / Data Retrieval
If you only intend to use the simulator or retrieve data (not live trading), you can leave the API key fields blank.
API Key Expiration
If your API keys are not used for trading within 30 days of creation, Binance will automatically delete them.
In that case, you’ll need to create new keys.
IP Filtering
If you choose to restrict API access to specific IP addresses, make sure you’re using a static (non-dynamic) IP.
If your IP changes, you’ll need to update it in the API settings.
You can check your current IP address at whatismyip.com.
for Older Accounts
Some older Binance accounts (especially those created before futures trading was introduced) may require enabling an IP filter by default to allow futures trading.
