The information available on our platform is not intended as investment advice. Before using TWM for trading purposes, we strongly recommend consulting a certified financial professional and conducting thorough due diligence. Be cautious of online offers that promise easy income or quick profits, especially those found on social media platforms like Tinder, WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook, and similar networks.
The TWM platform may feature brokerage firms or financial institutions that may not hold a regulatory license to operate in your country. When selecting a brokerage firm, it is your responsibility to exercise due diligence and caution. You acknowledge and agree that TWM may not have comprehensive or up-to-date information regarding the regulatory status of each brokerage firm in your jurisdiction. The platform provides contact details and general information about brokerage firms, allowing users to independently assess and research their services before engaging with them.
TradeWithMe (TWM) is not responsible for any investment decisions you make. You are solely responsible for conducting your own investment research and making informed decisions. TWM does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or reputation of any brokerage firm or financial institution. It is important to recognize that no regulation, publication, or endorsement can ensure the safety or fairness of a brokerage firm. Additionally, TWM does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party content, including advertisements. Such content is provided for informational purposes only and does not reflect our views or positions.

In this Agreement, unless otherwise specified, capitalized terms shall have the meanings defined in Paragraph 1 of this Agreement.
This Agreement applies to both individuals and legal entities, including authorized users acting on behalf of an employer, its employees, or any other persons using or accessing the TWM platform on behalf of a business.
This Agreement, along with any updates, constitutes a legally binding contract between you and TradeWithMe (TWM) and governs the use of the platform on any device where it is installed, whether by you or any third party.
You can accept this Agreement by clicking on the "Next," "Continue," "Accept," or a similar button, or by accessing the relevant link and/or using the TWM platform.
Your agreement with TradeWithMe (TWM) may also include Additional Terms and Conditions, as defined below. These Additional Terms and Conditions are incorporated into this Agreement and may include, but are not limited to, the terms and conditions outlined herein.
For the effective use of the TWM platform, its components, software features, online services, and the TradeWithMe (TWM) website, you must accept the applicable Additional Terms and Conditions.
You can accept the Additional Terms by clicking to agree where this option is provided or through continued use of the platform, its components, software updates, online services, and/or the TWM website. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that by accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as any applicable Additional Terms and Conditions, you enter into a legally binding contract.
In the event of a conflict between the Additional Terms and Conditions and this Agreement, the Additional Terms and Conditions shall take precedence concerning the relevant services provided by TradeWithMe (TWM).
The current version of this Agreement can be found in the Legal section of the TWM website at https://twm.one/legal. We recommend that you print and retain a copy of this Agreement for your records.
You hereby consent to the use of electronic communication for entering into contracts, placing orders, and creating other records, as well as for receiving electronic delivery of notices, policies, and transaction records initiated or completed through the TWM platform.
Furthermore, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under the laws or regulations of your jurisdiction that mandate an original non-electronic signature, physical delivery, or retention of non-electronic records, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you reside in a jurisdiction where the download or use of the TWM platform is restricted or prohibited by law due to specific regulatory requirements or a complete ban, you must not install or use the platform.
Product: Refers to the TWM trading platform, which includes both web and mobile versions, enabling users to develop, test, and execute trading strategies. This platform allows traders to engage with financial markets through brokerage firms or financial service providers with whom they have established agreements. As part of TWM’s proprietary software ecosystem, the Product also encompasses updates, enhancements, and new releases, along with the following core components:
TradeWithMe (TWM): Refers to TradeWithMe, a technology-focused platform that provides advanced trading tools and solutions for strategy development and execution. Based in Switzerland
TWM Software: Represents the proprietary trading software developed and owned by TradeWithMe (TWM). Licensed to legal entities, this software includes all versions, updates, enhancements, modifications, and additional features. It encompasses core trading functionalities, server and client modules, secure data transmission protocols, APIs, databases, user interface elements, documentation, and supplementary components. Additionally, the TWM Software extends to related online services and affiliated websites linked to the platform.
TWM Payments: A functionality within the TWM platform that allows users to facilitate financial transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals, by connecting their trading accounts with supported brokerage firms or financial institutions. TWM acts as a bridge, enabling users to link their accounts via API keys, granting them access to transactions and trade execution through their chosen broker.
PSP (Payment Service Provider): A third-party financial service that processes payments. The PSP must have an established agreement with the respective brokerage firm or financial institution. TWM does not directly process payments but provides users with the ability to connect their accounts to execute transactions securely through integrated PSPs.
Affiliate: Refers to any corporation, company, or entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or operates under shared control with TradeWithMe (TWM). "Control" is defined as direct or indirect ownership of more than 50% of issued and outstanding shares, while "significant influence" refers to ownership between 20% and 50%.
Agreement: This End-User License Agreement (EULA), including any future updates, modifications, or amendments that may be implemented.
Effective Date: The date on which this Agreement becomes binding, either by clicking “Next,” “Continue,” “Accept,” or a similar button, or by accessing and using the TWM trading platform—whichever occurs first.
Financial Institution: A third-party entity that provides traders with financial, investment, brokerage, trading, or market data services on local or global stock and currency markets. TWM connects users to these institutions via API integration, allowing them to access and manage their trading accounts.
Additional Terms and Conditions: Refers to the terms, policies, and guidelines that apply to the use of TWM software, products, and any associated websites, as published or communicated in addition to this Agreement.
Content: Any form of information or media, including but not limited to text, audio, images, photographs, videos, and any other type of communication or data.
IP Rights: Encompasses patents, designs, trademarks, trade names (registered or unregistered), copyrights, database rights, trade secrets, know-how, confidential information, and any other intellectual property rights that exist globally, whether currently established or created in the future. This includes applications, pending registrations, extensions, and renewals related to these rights.
TWM Online Materials: Any content made available for download through the TWM website or affiliated platforms, including any modifications or updates provided at TWM’s discretion.
TWM Promotional Materials: Includes trademarks, brand names, logos, banners, signs, and other promotional assets owned and/or used by TWM for marketing its platform, services, and offerings.
TWM Staff: Includes officers, directors, employees, and agents of TWM or its affiliates, as well as any third-party contractors or service providers engaged by TWM or its affiliates.
TWM Website: Refers to all elements, content, and visual identity associated with the official TradeWithMe website, accessible via twm.one and any other affiliated URLs from which the TWM platform and its services can be accessed.
User Account: A registered account created by a user, secured with a login and password, enabling access to the TWM platform and its features.
Login: A unique identification credential that, when used with a password, grants access to a user’s TWM account.
Password: A security code selected by the user that, in combination with the login, provides access to their TWM account.
You: Refers to the individual or legal entity using the TWM platform as an end user. ("Your" and "Yours" shall be interpreted accordingly.)
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, TradeWithMe (TWM) grants you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the TWM platform. This license allows you to access and utilize the platform exclusively for connecting with supported brokerage firms via API integration, managing trades, and engaging in financial market activities through institutions with which you have a separate contractual agreement.
This license does not entitle you to any future updates, enhancements, or continued access to the platform or its features. TWM reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or its services without prior notice. This may result in loss of functionality, compatibility issues, restricted access to network resources, or disruptions in service availability.
The license will automatically terminate if it is determined that:
You are strictly prohibited from selling, assigning, renting, leasing, sublicensing, distributing, exporting, or otherwise granting any third party rights to access or use the TWM platform or any part of it.
You must not, whether knowingly or unknowingly, modify, translate, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decrypt, decompile, or disassemble any part of the TWM platform. Unauthorized access to its databases, network protocols, or security systems is strictly prohibited. Additionally, you may not alter the platform’s interface or interfere with its integrity in any way.
At all times, you must adhere to TWM's guidelines regarding the platform’s design, use, and presentation. These obligations remain in effect even after the termination of this Agreement.
The TWM platform may include, or be integrated with, third-party software and technologies that are owned or managed by external providers. Any such third-party software incorporated into the platform falls under the scope of this Agreement.
When using third-party software or services through the TWM platform, you are subject to the respective provider’s terms and licenses (if applicable). You agree to comply with the terms set by these third parties, acknowledging that they are solely responsible for the provision and functionality of their services.
TWM assumes no responsibility for maintaining or supporting any third-party software or service. Additionally, TWM holds no liability—regardless of the type of claim or nature of the alleged damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—arising from the use or distribution of third-party software.
TWM disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding third-party software or services. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, system compatibility, data accuracy, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, or non-interference.
If any third-party software or technology is distributed alongside the TWM platform, you may be required to accept a separate license agreement with that third party. By using such software or services, you acknowledge that your contractual relationship is solely with the third-party provider, and any claims, issues, or rights enforcement related to that software or service must be directed to the respective provider, not TWM or its affiliates.
You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights (IP Rights) related to the TWM platform, TWM software, TWM website, online materials, and promotional assets are and shall remain the exclusive property of TradeWithMe (TWM). Nothing in this Agreement transfers or grants you any ownership rights to TWM’s intellectual property.
Your rights are strictly limited to the use of the licensed platform as outlined in this Agreement. You shall not take any actions that could compromise, restrict, or infringe upon TWM’s IP Rights. Any unauthorized use of these rights constitutes a violation of this Agreement and may also breach international intellectual property laws and treaties, including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws.
All ownership and IP Rights in any third-party content that is not a part of TWM’s software but may be accessed through the platform remain the property of the respective content owners. Such content may be protected under applicable copyright laws or other intellectual property regulations.
This clause remains in effect even after the termination of this Agreement.
You agree not to remove, obscure, modify, or tamper with any notices or markings related to TWM’s intellectual property rights (IP Rights), whether displayed on, embedded in, or associated with any platform materials.
You agree to uphold and maintain the integrity, value, and reputation of the TWM platform, software, brand, and name to the best of your ability.
You are prohibited from using the TWM platform within any third-party application that, at TWM’s sole discretion, is deemed fraudulent, inappropriate, or in violation of this Agreement.
You agree that any services or transactions conducted through the TWM platform must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those governing data privacy, personal data protection, and the handling of transaction records.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any services or transactions conducted through the TWM platform. TWM assumes no liability for any services you provide or receive using the platform.
Additionally, you acknowledge and accept that:
You acknowledge that your right to use the TWM platform is strictly contingent upon full compliance with this Agreement. Any violation of this Agreement or the applicable Additional Terms and Conditions will result in the automatic termination of your license and prohibition from using the platform.
Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights to use TWM’s promotional materials, including but not limited to TWM’s content, trademarks, or logos. This restriction remains in effect even after the termination of this Agreement.
TWM reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or remove portions of this End-User License Agreement (EULA) and any applicable Additional Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Changes may be applied on a general or individual basis, without prior notice, and will take effect immediately upon publication on twm.one or through direct notification.
By continuing to use the TWM platform after updates have been published, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. It is your responsibility to regularly review the TWM website to stay informed of any modifications. If you disagree with any amendments, you must immediately discontinue all use of the platform.
You are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise modifying any part of the TWM software without prior written consent from TWM. Additionally, you must not:
You agree to comply with all technical specifications, design requirements, and usage guidelines provided by TWM at all times. These obligations remain in effect even after the termination of this Agreement.
You acknowledge and agree that the use of the TWM platform and its software is entirely at your own risk. You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold TWM, its affiliates, and staff harmless from any liabilities, claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) incurred in connection with:
(a) Your use of the TWM platform, or
(b) Any breach or violation of this Agreement’s terms and conditions.
This indemnification obligation remains in effect even after the termination of this Agreement.
If you intend to use the TWM platform in any manner not explicitly permitted under this Agreement, such usage is strictly prohibited unless you receive prior written authorization from TWM granting a specific license for that purpose.
TWM retains all intellectual property rights (IP Rights) related to the TWM platform, including any derivative works created by or for TWM. This clause remains in effect even after the termination of this Agreement.
If you are an employee or director of a legal entity and are using the TWM platform on behalf of that entity, you acknowledge and agree that:
The TWM platform may utilize resources from your device, including but not limited to CPU, memory, and network connectivity, to ensure proper functionality and establish connections with TWM services.
TWM will make reasonable efforts to protect the privacy and integrity of your device and communications. However, you acknowledge and agree that TWM does not provide any warranties regarding the security or uninterrupted operation of your system while using the platform.
TWM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to introduce new features, enhancements, updates, bug fixes, or upgrades to the platform. You acknowledge that TWM is not obligated to provide access to future versions or improvements.
At times, the platform may automatically download and install updates. These updates are necessary for maintaining software compatibility, security patches, debugging, or introducing new features and functionalities. You agree to receive these updates to continue using the TWM platform. Additionally, you may be required to accept a renewed version of this Agreement if you download, install, or use an updated version of the platform.
TWM reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the platform or revoke the license granted under this Agreement. This may occur for reasons including, but not limited to:
These actions may take immediate effect and do not require legal recourse.
You agree to use the TWM platform strictly for lawful purposes. In particular, you shall not:
(a) Intercept, monitor, alter, or interfere with communications that are not intended for you.
(b) Use any software, code, or tool designed to corrupt, distort, delete, damage, or compromise the integrity of the TWM platform or its communication protocols.
(c) Access or attempt to access the TWM platform or website in violation of applicable laws in any jurisdiction.
(d) Use or distribute any content or material that is subject to third-party intellectual property rights without the necessary license or authorization from the rightful owner.
(e) Modify, translate, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the TWM platform or any of its components. Unauthorized access to databases, network protocols, or security systems is strictly prohibited.
This clause remains enforceable even after the termination of this Agreement.
By using the TWM platform, its features, or associated services, certain information about you may be collected.
We may collect non-personal data related to your usage of the TWM platform, including pages visited, links clicked, and interactions within the platform. Additionally, technical information such as your IP address, device type, operating system version, time zone, geolocation, device language, and other similar data may be collected.
We also collect personal information that you provide when registering an account on the TWM platform or signing up for platform-related services. "Personal information" includes any data that can uniquely identify an individual, such as your name, email address, phone number, or payment details.
The TWM platform connects to trading servers of brokerage firms and financial institutions. To use these services, you must enter into a separate agreement with the respective company. TWM may transmit personal and payment information necessary for the platform’s operation or to facilitate services provided by financial institutions.
The personal and non-personal data collected through the TWM platform may be used for:
Personal data may be anonymized and combined with information from other users to create aggregate data for statistical analysis and trend identification. This aggregated data does not contain personally identifiable information and may be shared with affiliated companies for analytical purposes.
TWM ensures that all personal data processing is conducted lawfully and fairly, with a clear and legitimate purpose. Only data relevant to the stated processing objectives will be collected, and no excessive or unnecessary data will be stored.
To protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, destruction, or distribution, TWM employs necessary organizational and technical security measures. However, while we take precautions, we cannot fully guarantee that your personal data will never be compromised due to unauthorized access or malicious activity.
It is your responsibility to keep your account credentials secure. Do not share your password or login details with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach related to your TWM account, notify us immediately.
Your use of the TWM platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and personal data processing terms, which are published on our website at twm.one. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
If you do not accept the Privacy Policy, personal data processing terms, or this End-User License Agreement, you are not permitted to download, access, or use the TWM platform.
The TWM platform requires an active internet connection to function properly. You are solely responsible for any costs associated with internet usage, including data charges, network fees, or any other expenses incurred while accessing or using the TWM platform.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into and comply with this Agreement. Furthermore, you confirm that you will fulfill your obligations under this Agreement and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing the use of the TWM platform, its software, and associated services at all times.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeWithMe (TWM), its affiliates, and its employees from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses—including but not limited to reasonable legal fees—arising from or related to:
This indemnification obligation remains in effect even after the termination of this Agreement.
Engaging in financial activities through the TWM platform carries inherent risks. You may experience partial or total financial loss. Before using the platform for trading, carefully assess the associated risks, costs, investment objectives, and your level of experience. If necessary, seek professional financial advice.
To access trading functionalities on the TWM platform, users must establish a separate agreement with a brokerage firm or financial institution and open a corresponding trading account. This account will be linked to the TWM platform via API and displayed within the system for transaction and trade management.
The availability of PSPs and payment methods on the TWM platform depends entirely on the brokerage firm or financial institution and their agreements with PSPs. TWM has no involvement, control, or influence over the selection of PSPs available to users with accounts at specific brokerage firms or financial institutions.
All financial transactions and payment details are entered by the user on a secure web page of the selected PSP. Neither TWM nor the brokerage firm has access to the user's sensitive payment information, including bank card numbers, PIN codes, CVV codes, login credentials, or passwords.
For certain payment methods, users may be required to register on the selected PSP's website and maintain a valid account with that PSP. Before using a specific payment method through the TWM platform, users must review and agree to the terms and conditions of the selected PSP. TWM is not responsible for the operations or service provision of any PSP integrated with the platform.
TWM is not involved in any transactions conducted by users through the platform. Additionally, TWM does not have access to users' trading accounts, balances, transaction details, or payment histories.
TWM, as the developer of the trading platform, provides its functionality solely as a tool or technology that is controlled and managed by the brokerage firm and PSP. TWM does not process payments or facilitate financial transactions directly.
TWM provides its platform on an "As Is" basis and does not guarantee error-free operation. If users encounter issues while using the platform for transactions, they should contact their brokerage firm or PSP for assistance. TWM does not have access to user transactions or financial records.
This Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance (Effective Date) and will remain in force until terminated by either party as outlined below.
Any Additional Terms and Conditions become effective upon your acceptance or your use of the respective TWM product or service. These terms will remain valid until either you or TWM terminate them in accordance with the provisions specified in this Agreement.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the TWM platform.
Without limiting other available remedies, TWM reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your license and access to the platform, prohibit access to the TWM website, and delete your user account and/or login with immediate effect—without legal recourse—if TWM reasonably determines that:
Upon termination of this Agreement and any applicable Additional Terms and Conditions:
(a) Your license and rights to use the TWM platform and software will be immediately revoked.
(b) You must immediately stop using the TWM platform and any related software.
(c) You must remove the TWM platform from all devices, storage systems, servers, or any other media and destroy any copies of the software in your possession or control.
TWM reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by publishing the revised version on its official website at twm.one. The updated Agreement will take effect either upon publication or when you explicitly accept the changes by clicking "Continue," "Accept," or a similar confirmation option, or by continuing to use the platform.
Your continued use of the TWM platform after an update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement and its terms.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TWM MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PLATFORM, WHICH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEE OF FUNCTIONALITY, RELIABILITY, OR PERFORMANCE. TWM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TWM ALSO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
By using the TWM platform, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any associated risks, as permitted by applicable law.
TWM functions solely as a technology provider and does not offer or facilitate financial, investment, brokerage, trading, or market data services at either a local or international level. Additionally, TWM is not involved in commission-based payments related to trading transactions. You agree to indemnify and hold TWM harmless from any liability, including third-party claims, arising from your use of the platform.
The TWM platform operates in conjunction with independent financial institutions. Any trading or financial transactions conducted through the platform are governed by agreements between you and the respective financial institution. Your decision to engage with these institutions is entirely your own, and TWM assumes no responsibility for your financial activities.
As a free-to-use platform, TWM does not influence how you choose to utilize its services. Brokerage firms and financial institutions integrated into the system operate under licensing agreements with TWM, which may include licensing fees. These fees are unrelated to user-generated profits, trading performance, or transaction costs.
Nothing available on the TWM platform, including tools, analytics, trading features, or services, should be considered an offer, solicitation, or recommendation by TWM or its affiliates to buy or sell financial instruments. Furthermore, financial instruments will not be offered or sold in jurisdictions where such actions are restricted or prohibited.
You bear full responsibility for any decisions made based on the information available through the platform. By using TWM, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TWM, its management, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses—including legal fees—resulting from:
The TWM platform is made available to users at no cost and is not sold as a commercial product.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that TWM, along with its affiliates and employees, cannot be held responsible for any outcomes resulting from its use.
If you encounter issues or are dissatisfied with the platform, your only recourse is to stop using it and remove it from your device.
Under no circumstances shall TWM, its affiliates, or employees be held liable, whether under contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other legal basis, for:
TWM, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss or corruption of data, service interruptions, system failures, financial losses, or any other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the TWM platform.
TWM, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any loss of income, business, or profits, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use or inability to use the TWM platform.
TWM, its affiliates, and employees shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from or related to:
(i) Any delays, interruptions, or disruptions in communication while using the TWM platform.
(ii) The suspension or termination of this Agreement, whether initiated by you or TWM, for any reason.
(iii) The release or decision not to release updates, enhancements, or new versions of the TWM platform.
This clause remains in effect even after the termination of this Agreement.
The liability limitations outlined in Section 4.4 apply regardless of whether such losses or damages were foreseeable.

To the extent permitted by law, TWM shall not be liable for personal injury, death, or any incidental or consequential damages, regardless of the cause or legal theory under which a claim is made, including but not limited to contract or tort liability.
Certain jurisdictions may not permit some of the exclusions or limitations outlined in this Agreement. In such cases, TWM’s liability will be restricted to the maximum extent allowed under applicable law.
This clause remains valid even after the termination of this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between you and TWM regarding the use of the platform and its software, replacing any prior agreements or understandings, unless otherwise specified in a separately executed written document.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If any provision or part of a provision in this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court or relevant authority, and that provision is not fundamental to the overall Agreement, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. The validity of the remaining terms, including the unaffected portions of the clause in question, will not be impacted.
Failure or delay in exercising any right, power, or remedy under this Agreement or applicable law does not constitute a waiver of such rights. Additionally, it does not prevent or limit the future exercise of that or any other right or remedy available under this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Switzerland.
Any disputes, claims, legal actions, or proceedings arising from or related to this Agreement, including its subject matter, formation, or any services connected to the TWM platform, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland and the European Union.
The original version of this Agreement is in English. If this Agreement has been translated into other languages, and any inconsistencies or discrepancies arise between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall take precedence.
The provisions outlined in clauses 2.3 and 2.5, along with any other terms explicitly stated to remain in effect after termination, shall continue to apply even after the termination of this Agreement, regardless of the reason for termination.
