Trading fees

KuCoin uses a tiered VIP fee system based on 30-day trading volume and KCS holding for deduction fee. For spot trading, fees start at 0.1% for both makers and takers (Level 0) and decrease with higher tiers, reaching as low as -0.005% for makers and 0.025% for takers at Level 12 [3][5]. For futures, fees range from 0.02% (maker) and 0.06% (taker) at Level 0 to -0.008% and 0.0025% respectively at the highest level. Perpetual contracts may also include funding fees, which are dynamic based on market conditions. KuCoin also offers leveraged tokens, which come with management, redemption, and subscription fees [3][5].

KuCoin does not charge deposit fees, but withdrawal fees vary depending on the token and blockchain network. The platform also offers a new Visa KuCard, a crypto debit card with a €9.99 issuance cost and a €10 annual fee. Additional charges apply for fiat withdrawals and non-Euro transactions [13].
